Who do you sell to?
Although our primary customers are typically contractors we also supply product to building owners as well as the general public

Can we send you plans?
Yes, uploading plans is quick and easy here – UPLOAD

Can you come measure our jobsite?
If you are located in the greater Leominster area, we do offer a limited service to take a field survey.  Please contact us for more details. 978.537.2337

What are you lead times?
Every item has a different lead time. Stock items usually ship in 1 to 2 business days.  Our goal is to meet any need you may have.  Need it by a certain date, let us know and we will make it happen.

Can I order parts?
Depending on the item, we have the resources to locate parts.  Give us a call and we will do our best.

What are your return policies?

What is your minimum order?
There is no minimum order quantity.

Product and Services

Do you keep all items in stock?
We carry a large inventory of doors, frames, hardware and bathroom partitions in our Leominster, MA warehouse.  We are constantly receiving and restocking all items.  Non-stock hardware items we typically can receive within 2 business days.  Non-stock doors and frames in 3 to 10 business days.

Do you have a showroom?
Yes, you are welcome to stop in and see us at 152 Hamilton St in Leominster, MA.  We can even give you a tour of our facility.

Can you preinstall hardware on doors?
No

Do you do installs?
We do use subcontractors in the greater Leominster area.  Outside this area we can not recommend an installer but do recommend you using a licensed contractor experienced with the particular product being installed. 

Do you supply custom frames and doors?
We absolutely do!  We have an in-house fabrication shop that will cut, re-stile, re-rail and weld.

What is your turn around on custom orders?
Most cases, our fab shop can turn custom orders in just a few days but there are orders that need to be factory ordered.  These orders take roughly 15 business days.

What type of paint works for commercial metal doors?
Please refer to painting guidelines from your local paint distributor.

Can I order color match stain on wood doors?
We do have the ability to outsource stain matching.  An actual sample of the stain, on the species ordered, is needed. Please call for further information.  It does add 7 – 10 business days onto an order.

How do I install metal frames and doors?
We have supplied the following how-to videos. Each is dependent on the type of installation.

How do I install bathroom partitions?
Instructions are provided with every order but we have supplied the following how-to video.

Payment

When do I pay?
Payment is due when order is placed.  Based solely on the discretion of Doors Unlimited, in certain circumstances like longer lead times, a 50% deposit may be acceptable with the balance due before shipping.  In either instance, no order will be processed without some form of payment.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards either phoned in (978.537.2337) or through our secure on-line portal.  We also accept corporate checks which must clear the bank before an order is shipped.

Do you offer terms?
Initial orders must be pre-paid. You are welcome to fill out a credit application for subsequent orders.  Please call our accounts receivable at 978.537.2337 for a credit application.
